Ann Graham

PRESIDENT/CEO

​Prior to retiring in 2019, Ann served as Delphi Rise’s Chief Operating Officer and Director of Care Services, implementing and supervising Delphi Rise’s reentry, supported housing, and Health Home care management programs.


​Prior to her position at Delphi, she served as Monroe County’s first Reentry Coordinator in 2006 under Catholic Family Center, served as the Project Director for Client Specific Planning at the Center for Community Alternatives responsible for sentencing mitigation in felony cases, was Co-president of the Reentry Association of NY, authored the first kinship care manual in Monroe County, sat on the Commissioner’s State Committee on Reentry and the Catholic Conference of Bishops Criminal Justice Committee, and spent 17 years in civil legal services at Legal Assistance of WNY, assisting clients in the areas of welfare benefits, immigration, housing, and other civil rights issues.


​She has been an Adjunct Professor at Monroe Community College, Department of Human Services since 2011.
