Bob has dedicated his career to public service in Monroe County, bringing decades of experience in criminal justice and public safety leadership. He previously served as Chief Probation Officer and Director of Public Safety for Monroe County, playing a vital role in shaping local public safety policy and initiatives.

Bob also chaired the Monroe County Criminal Justice Council and co-chaired the Public Safety Sector Team, working collaboratively with stakeholders across the region. Since 2006, he has served as Chair of the Monroe County Task Force, demonstrating an ongoing commitment to community safety, system improvement, and justice reform.
