BOARD MEMBER

As the Senior Consultant of Grants Management for Empreinte Consulting, LLC, Pam brings her experience in strategic planning and grants development to partner organizations across Western NY and in Southwest FL. With a particular passion for nonprofits and human-centered design, Pam manages the grants management portfolio for the firm. This includes supporting the growing grants team, which provides services to include grant strategy, research, process development, management of the full grant lifecycle for an organization, and more.

Prior to partnering with Empreinte, Pam served as the Senior Director of Strategic Initiatives & Project Development at Coordinated Care Services, Inc (CCSI), where she led a wide range of projects and initiatives around such work as COVID prevention for the Monroe County homeless shelter system and the local disbursement of federal eviction prevention funds. Pam also served in a fractional COO role for several small, community-based organization partners, building on a passion for strengthening infrastructure so that small organizations can do their critical work on the stability of strong foundations.

Pam began her career at and dedicated 20 years to Hillside Family of Agencies in both clinical and administrative roles. After providing and managing clinical interventions for youth in residential placements, Pam ultimately developed and led the Public Grants and Program Development function. This team was responsible for the design and sustainability of programs across the multi-affiliate, $100M+ organization and won the company over $50M in grant funding over the last seven years of Pam’s time with Hillside.

Pam is a social worker by nature, which drives her to give back to her community in and out of work. Pam serves as a proud board member for Compeer Rochester, hosts a Roc Food Not Bombs community food stand at her home, and is an active board member and volunteer for her two children’s sport and musical endeavors. She is a triathlete, a runner, a dog lover, and an aspiring Adirondack 46-er with her husband.

Pam earned her Master of Social Work from Syracuse University and her Bachelor of Science in Psychology from Elmira College. She is also Dare to Lead trained and holds certification from IDEO in Human-Centered Design.
